It’s been a hectic last couple of days, we’ve had the wintervolume pub crawl going on.. oops i mean the thredbo fine dining video guide.. We visited four of the dopest restaurants in Thredbo and reviewed what they had to offer.  We sipped on some fine wine and ate duck a la orange with a schapps for dessert, nothing out of the ordinary of course.    Definetely stepped outside the square a little with this one as it’s far from snowboarding or the lifestyle that i’m accustomed too, but it turned out super fun.. 4 restaurants in two days.  Click link above if ur intrested…

This post is old news but I dug up some photos of a trip to falls recently and found these from a night out we had on the dragon trip.. Things got a little carried away with the stickers and turned out to be the event of the night really.. I’m headed back there tommorrow for the MTV thingy and then to buller for the battle of supremacy so plenty more posts to come…

Another new site launched recently is transfersnowboard.com – this site is obviously run in conjunction with the new mag transfer snowboard magazine which is probably the dopest mag to grace our shores downunder – We will be distributing our DVD on the cover of transfer in 2010 but in the mean time head on over and check out the Dragon junior comp at falls.  We went there for a couple of days and managed to strike the most insane weather on both days which made filming and im sure riding damn near impossible… Take a peep at the vid anyway -  Oh and Sorry about the cheesiness but it was a fuel TV thang… Click image above!

Theres been quite an influx in websites and other related media lately particlarly in Australia – here we have www.wintervolume.com.  I’ll be working on this site for the next few months and hopefully for a long time after that as well.  Theres not much you can’t find here related to the snow.. Well helloo.. It’s been a while I know, things have been ticking along – new projects in the workx and some new opportuities for 09.  As you know we are making an Australian/NZ snowboard film this year called ‘Made you Look’ and you can follow the developments of that project right here on this site.  I’m currently based in a funny little place called Jindabyne filming for the movie here and there and working for a new website called www.wintervolume.com – It’s the shit and you should go check it! Theres been so much happening I don’t know what to report on first so how about the cattlemans rail jam.  I know it’s old news but it seems like a good place to start the season off for 2009.  Robbie Walker came 1st, Jye Kearney 2nd and Mikey williams best trick.  Check out the vid at www.wintervolume.com as we follow Jye down to Buller from Jindy.  Photos from the after party below as well… ! more posts to come!
